If you're not happy with your purchase then not to worry, we have 30 day no quibbles returns policy, so just drop it back in the post to us along with a copy of your invoice and a covering letter and we'll issue you with a full refund once it has been received.

You will have to return the items at your own expense, though, and we do recommend that you use a signed for or tracked method of return. You do have a duty of care over the goods until they're returned to us, which includes them going missing in the post on the way back.

Please be aware customised items (e.g. ones you've uploaded images for, personalised with names etc) cannot be returned.
